I found my experience with Dr. Hurst the worst I have ever had at any medical professionals office. He barely talked, didn't explain anything about our results, didn't respond to any sort of conversation, just acted like he was going quickly down a checklist.
I'm 43 years old and have seen a lot of doctors and have never felt the need to give such a review until now. My experience was echoed by at least 2 other people that I mentioned it to.
I will say that the front office staff was very nice and helpful.
Took my car here to have them put another transmission. I even asked them if they would check to see that the transmission was in good condition. After a couple of days, the transmission was slipping and had a hard time backing up, so I went back. When I got the car back, after they changed the transmission fluid and filter, but the car had the same problem. The second time I went back, they had the freaking car for over a month (I believe 6 weeks), apparently arguing with the place they got the transmission from. I even called around and found another transmission, but they wouldn't fix the car until they got their money back. They eventually rebuilt the old transmission, but now its leaking. Apparent using stop leak is not a sound repair technique.
I was a client there when I was 15 to 16 My caseworker was Tessie McKinney and also Robert Nelms. My father gave me up to the state for no reason except to make his new wife happy. I knew I was a good kid and the people there knew it too. I can never express the positive impact this place had on my life.....Thank You all for what you continue to do for the kids...I will never forget my stay there. All my Love, Kelly Powers
